Description
No one can deny that there is something special about receiving a letter, and even more so when you’re in the throes of cancer.
Cancer supporter charity, From Me to You, sends 15,000+ letters every year to people facing the disease around the world in a bid to ease the loneliness and isolation so often felt. Letters are donated by writers from around the world. Could you be one of them?
The charity is hosting this session for people who might like to support their work by writing for their Donate A Letter programme, or perhaps want to write to a friend or loved one who is facing the disease. The session will provide some useful hints and tips on how to get started and some inspiration on what content could help provide a distraction for the recipient.
